Step 2:

Get them to fill in your Phillip / IFS / ECICS email address when prompted by the bot about the referral.

Step 3:

Our virtual assistant will share with you the best available options based on your needs.  When you're ready to proceed, your contact details will be securely sent to the chosen bank, ensuring a seamless transition from inquiry to application.

Step 4:

Once completed, we will inform you through email once the case is successful. So easy!

FAQs

What if I need the mortgage? Can I refer myself?

Yes, you may register to take up a mortgage loan through Lendingpot. You should be eligible for the Cash Voucher promotion under “Your Reward per Referral”.

How will I know when I can refinance my property?

You may refer to your current mortgage loan contract and call the mortgage loan hotline to know when your current loan contract ends.

Once you know when your contract ends with your current bank, contact Lendingpot to refinance your property. Our Mortgage Loan Specialists from the different banks will assess your situation.

Can I still enjoy legal subsidies if I use Lendingpot?

Yes, you can still enjoy legal subsidies from the bank if your minimum loan amount is met. On top of that, Lendingpot also hosts different mortgage loan promotions from time to time.

  1. This campaign runs from 1 Jan 2025 to 31 December 2025.
  2. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotional offer.
  3. This promotion (“Promotion”) is organised by Lendingpot Pte Ltd (“Lendingpot”) and is open to all residents in Singapore who are looking to take up a mortgage loan, refinance their existing mortgage loans or taking up an equity term loan with our preferred partners.
  4. The minimum loan amount of each mortgage loan case shall be more than S$500,000 (for refinancing) & S$100,000 (for new loans).
  5. For mortgage loans ranging from $300k to $499k, eligibility in the reward tier is limited to new purchase loans only.
  6. To be participate in the Promotion (“Eligible Participants”), the participant must:
    • Submit an enquiry for a mortgage loan on the link: lendingpot.sg/mortgages during the Promotion Period.
    • Must indicate the referral's email when asked.
    • Have the loan application approved by our preferred partners by 31 December 2025, where such approval is final and unconditional.
  7. Promotion is only eligible with our preferred partners, DBS, SCB, UOB, OCBC, CIMB, RHB, Maybank, HSBC.
  8. Cash voucher shall be given to the referrer within 90 days of the campaign end date.
  9. Referrer may choose the cash voucher in the form of CapitaVoucher, Takashimaya Shopping Centre Voucher, Grab Gift Card only.
  10. Non-compliance with these terms & conditions or any inappropriate conduct would result in disqualification of this reward programme.
