One of the main reasons Lendingpot was created is to remove bias from the borrowing process. We are not a lender; we are a free loan matching platform. Our role is to connect borrowers to the right lenders, fairly and transparently.
Fair competition
We work with banks and licensed lenders across Singapore. All offers are presented as they are, based on borrower preferences like loan amount, interest, and tenor. We don’t hide offers or give priority to any single lender, even those we are affiliated with, such as Friday Finance. Every lender is held to the same standard, and borrowers are free to choose the offer that best suits them.
Accountability for lenders
We hold lenders to high standards. If a lender misrepresents their offers, they risk suspension or even removal from our platform. This protects borrowers and ensures fairness.
Clear information
Banks may sometimes provide us with their lowest possible rates. Instead of promoting these without context, from September 2025, we display them with disclaimers, reminding customers that actual rates depend on the bank’s assessment. This approach may seem cautious, but it’s honest. And honesty is what borrowers deserve.
